Matcha (Green Tea) Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tablespoon Matcha Green Tea Powder

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup

  • 1 Tablespoon Hot Water

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Cup Plain Yogurt

  • 1/2 Cup Oat Milk (Almond, Cashew or Cow's Milk work as well)

  • 1/2 Ripe Banana

  • Pinch of Ground Cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup ice

Method:


1.) In a small bowl mix Hot Water and Matcha Powder until fully blended. Add honey into this mixture.


2.) Add honey water matcha mixture and all remaining ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.


3.) Enjoy!
