Ingredients:
1 cup Frozen Diced Mango Chunks
1/2 cup Milk or Coconut Water
1/2 ripe Banana
1/8 teaspoon Ground Cardamom optional
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup (more or less to taste)
Pinch of Ground Cinnamon
1 cup Baby Spinach or Baby Kale
