Refreshing Green Mango Lassi Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Frozen Diced Mango Chunks

  • 1/2 cup Milk or Coconut Water

  • 1/2 ripe Banana

  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Cardamom optional

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup (more or less to taste)

  • Pinch of Ground Cinnamon

  • 1 cup Baby Spinach or Baby Kale

Method:


Blend all of the ingredients together and enjoy!
