Berry Banana Nut Dream Green Smoothie

The perfect healthy, refreshing and creamy breakfast smoothie to start your day!



Ingredients:


  • 1 Small Ripe Banana

  • 1/4 cup Frozen Strawberries

  • 1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)

  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 cup Almond Milk (Or Cashew, Oat or Cow's Milk)

  • 1 cup Baby Spinach or Baby Kale

  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds

  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter, Almond Butter or Crushed Walnuts

Blend and enjoy!
