Salt Water Gargle for Sore Throats

Ingredients:
1/4 cup warm water
1 teaspoon salt
Method:
In a small cup mix 1 teaspoon of salt (kosher or sea salt work well) with 1/4 cup of water. Gargle for 30 seconds with half of the mixture and repeat.
You should start to feel relief from your symptoms within 24 hours.

Cleansing Tea Remedy for Sore Throats
Ingredients:
1 cup (8 oz) Hot Water
1 Teaspoon Fresh Grated Ginger
1 Teaspoon Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice (No bottled stuff!)
1 Teaspoon Honey
1/4 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon or 1 Cinnamon stick
Method:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add fresh grated ginger and cinnamon stick and a remove from heat to allow ingredients to steep. Add fresh squeezed lemon juice, honey and apple cider vinegar. Stir to combine. Allow to cool slightly and sip to soothe your sore throat.
